Iris Sham (b. 1985, Hong Kong) is an artist whose interdisciplinary practice includes image and food. She has a legal background with focus on social justice. Her work has been showcased in Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, India, Canada, Austria, Egypt and the UK. Sham has participated in notable exhibitions, including the Hong Kong International Photography Festival (2010, 2020), Dali International Photography Exhibition (2013), Lianzhou International Photography Festival (2013), Taipei Arts Festival's 'Big Bang Wagner' (2013), Peer to Peer UK/HK (2022), and Chennai Photo Biennale (2024/25). She held solo exhibitions in Hong Kong in 2014 and 2020.
Sham was selected for Yumi Goto’s photobook workshop at the Hong Kong International Photography Festival (2023) and the Reminders Photography Stronghold Kyoto residency (2024). She holds a Gramounce Alternative MA in Food-Based Art Research (2024/25).
